Vice President Marketing at Sellars

Michelle G. has a strong background in marketing and channel management. Michelle started their career as a Special Projects Manager at YABA from 1995 to 1997. Michelle then moved on to Strike Ten Entertainment, where they served as the Manager of Merchandising & Licensing, developing marketing and licensing plans to grow revenue and participation in the bowling industry.

In 1999, Michelle joined Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions as the Product Manager for Commercial Products. Michelle later became the Product Manager for Disposers, overseeing product development for household disposers and key private label brands. Michelle was promoted to Marketing Manager for Water Products in 2007, leading marketing and new product development efforts for the global water products line. From 2011 to 2014, Michelle held the position of Director of Channel & Digital Marketing, responsible for all channel marketing, tradeshows, and e-commerce efforts for the InSinkErator brand.

Michelle was then promoted to Vice President of Channel Marketing & Communications at Emerson in 2014, leading channel marketing, advertising, PR, and social media efforts for key accounts including The Home Depot, Lowe's, and Amazon.com. In their role, they also developed marketing strategies and executed them for these accounts.

In 2016, Michelle joined Broan as the Senior Global Director of Channel Marketing, Digital & Communications, where they built the global channel marketing competency from scratch. Michelle established structure, processes, analytics, and resource plans for channels, and successfully launched integrated marketing campaigns in major retail channels including Home Depot, Lowe's, and Menards.

From 2017 to 2020, Michelle worked at Briggs & Stratton as the Senior Director of Marketing - North America Engines and Power, leading the North American marketing team for residential and commercial engine & electrification business. During their time there, they reorganized the team to optimize performance and talent, and successfully aligned them with company growth initiatives.

Most recently, Michelle joined Sellars as the Vice President of Marketing in 2023.

Michelle G. has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Marquette University. Michelle also obtained a Master of Business Administration from the same institution, specializing in Marketing and Finance.
