Derrick Brown

Derrick joined Sellen in 2020, arriving in Seattle just one year prior from his east coast home of Baltimore, MD. As Sellen’s Director of Talent Acquisition, Derrick leads an integrated approach in workforce planning, candidate sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding to build a strong bench of talented people at Sellen. He is a member of Sellen’s DEI Council and is keenly focused on ensuring equitable recruiting practices across all levels at Sellen. While he brings years of professional experience to the Sellen team, he also happens to be quite the “jack of all trades.”
