Vanya Vassileva

Vanya Vassileva has been in the Human Resources field since 2010. Vanya began their career at G4S, where they were the Training & Talent Development Lead, responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting training to the middle management level, creating programs for job evaluation processes, and defining potential talents and managing their development. In 2013, they moved to Expand Health Bulgaria as a Human Resources Business Partner. From 2016 to 2022, Vassileva held various roles at Sutherland, including Internal Communication and Engagement Manager for EMEA, Talent Management & Development Manager for Europe, and HR Senior Associate Manager. In 2022, they moved to Sellercloud and Anakatech, both as a Human Resources Manager.

Vanya Vassileva obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management and Development from New Bulgarian University between 2008 and 2010. Vanya also holds a Bachelor's degree in Pre-school Pedagogics with Foreign Language from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
