Tom Gallagher

Tom Gallagher serves as the Director of Engineering and Readiness at Sellers & Associates, LLC since July 2021, bringing over three decades of government service to the role. Prior experience includes positions such as Assistant Deputy OPNAV N96 at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Deputy at the Surface Maintenance Engineering Planning Program (SURFMEPP), Marine Engineer at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) SEA 21, and Marine Engineer at Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division. Early career experience includes a marine engineering role at Newport News Shipbuilding. Tom Gallagher holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Marine Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College and a degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
