Ashley Flowers has held a variety of roles in their professional career. Ashley began their career in 2013 as a Graphic Designer for Telescope. Ashley then worked as a Marketing Director for Pink Lotus Breast Center in 2014. In 2015, they held two positions, working as a Digital Production Artist for Esquire Network and as a Graphic Designer for Good Amplified. In 2016, they were a Communications and Marketing Specialist for Kansas State University. In 2018, they worked as an Archaeology Curatorial, Field and Class Assistant for the same university. Ashley then worked as a Product Designer for Factor Earth in 2019 and as a Graphic Designer for 502 in the same year. In 2020, they were a Creative Manager for Metcalf Archaeology and they are currently a Product Designer for Sellers Shield\u2122 since 2022.

Ashley Flowers obtained their Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from Kansas State University in 2012. Ashley then attended ArtCenter College of Design in 2015, taking a course in Motion Design I. From 2015 to 2018, they attended General Assembly, taking courses in UX Design Bootcamp, Intro to PHP, and Product Design Bootcamp. In 2017, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Kansas State University, and in 2020, they obtained their Master of Technology from the same university. In 2019, they obtained their Google Ads Display Certification from Google Ads.
