Alfred Mims IV

Alfred Mims IV has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alfred started their career as a Payroll Benefits Specialist and later became an HR Generalist at Whole Foods Market from 2007 to 2013. Alfred then worked as a Team Supervisor at Whole Foods Market from 2013 to 2017. From 2016 to 2017, Alfred pursued an MBA degree. After completing their degree, they joined Community Partners Enterprises as an Accounts Receivable Specialist for several months in 2018. In the same year, they also served as a Staffing Consultant and later a Human Resources Staffing Consultant at EmpHire - An HR Solutions Company, where they recruited and managed over 300 drivers for auto auctions. In 2021, they became a Talent Acquisition Partner at UNFI, where they supported 500+ employees and served as a bridge between candidates and management for multiple requisitions. Currently, Alfred is working as a Recruiter (first Recruiter hired) at SellersFunding, where they have executed a recruitment strategy and identified hundreds of candidates through various sources.

Alfred Mims IV completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business, from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same institution, during the period of 2016 to 2017.
