Benoit BETTON began their career in 2006 as a Sales Representative and Product Manager Assistant for Lactalis. In 2008, they moved to EUROPEAN-HOMES as a Sales and Marketing Manager Assistant. In 2009, they became a Marketing and Telemarketing Project Manager for AEGON Direct Marketing Services Europe Ltd (AEGON N.V.). From 2011 to 2014, they were the Country Manager for Sodibur, responsible for managing all departments and overseeing stock management, supply, importations, and invoicing. In 2016, they Co-Founded The Island Challenge Cambodia, an original concept of a survival and sports competition for nature, adventure, and survivalism lovers. Most recently, in 2018, Benoit became the Head of Sales for Sellsy CRM & Invoicing.

Benoit BETTON has a diverse educational background. Benoit obtained their French equivalent to UK A-levels and US high School diploma from Saint Fran\u00e7ois de Sales, Alen\u00e7on France in 2004, with a specialization in Economics and Socials Sciences. Benoit also received a DUT, Two-year university diploma in Business Administration from Universit\u00e9 de Tours in 2004. In 2007, they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from IAE Tours Val de Loire.
