Kamil Sabatowski

Kamil Sabatowski has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. In 2013, they co-founded and served as the COO of Flatget, a company specializing in residential properties management. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Business Development Manager at indaHash, where they connected brands with influencers on Instagram. In 2016, they joined The Schumpeter Centre as a Supervisory Board Member, conducting research and managing projects related to economics and innovation. That same year, they co-founded Praktycy.pl and Hireson, where they were the CEO and focused on strategy, operations, and product management. Kamil also worked as Chief Operating Officer and IT Project Manager at Sunscrapers, a software development company, from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they became the Vice President of the Management Board at NaturalAntibody, an AI-based analytics solution for drug discovery. Kamil also served as a University Lecturer at Akademia Ekonomiczno-Humanistyczna w Warszawie for a brief period in 2020. Kamil has held executive positions at Centrum Medycyny Konopnej, including Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chief Executive Officer. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Selmo and the Interim CEO at Portfolio Companies at Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder, where they focus on building innovative tech ventures within life sciences and tech bio.

Kamil Sabatowski has a diverse education history. From 2018 to 2022, they attended UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, where they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, they studied at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, focusing on executive studies in financial engineering and value-based management. Earlier in their education, they obtained a Master's Degree in Strategic Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in South Asian Studies, with a Hindi Pathway, from the University of Warsaw. Kamil also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in European Studies from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, Kamil Sabatowski earned an AgilePM® Foundation certification from APMG International in March 2017.
