Robert Brewer

Robert Brewer serves as Of Counsel at Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek since January 2016, specializing in civil litigation and white collar defense, including government investigations and intellectual property disputes. Prior to this role, Brewer was the owner of a private law practice focused on civil and criminal litigation from January to December 2015. Brewer held the position of Partner at JONES DAY® from 2009 to 2014 and practiced law at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP from 1991 to 2009. Additionally, Brewer served in the US Army from 1968 to 1971 as an Advisor to the Vietnamese Airborne Division, participating in combat operations. Brewer earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego between 1972 and 1975.
