Mallory Webb

Mallory Webb has been working in the Human Resources field since 2018, when they began their role as Human Resources Business Partner at Arbor Biotechnologies. In that role, they were promoted to People Operations Manager. Prior to that, they were the Admissions Manager at the Boston University School of Social Work from 2017 to 2018. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Boston University as a Program Specialist, where they were responsible for assessment and evaluation at both the programmatic and departmental level. Before that, they were a Research Assistant at the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work, where they assisted doctoral candidates in literature searches and transcribed multiple interviews. Mallory is currently the Human Resources Director at Selux Diagnostics, Inc.

Mallory Webb obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Organizational Leadership and Policy Practice from the University of Denver between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Tennessee Wesleyan University between 2010 and 2012. Mallory also attended Lesley University between 2005 and 2007, but did not obtain a degree. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Compensation Analyst (CAA) from the Compensation Analyst Academy. Additionally, in 2015, they obtained an MBTI Certified Practitioner from The Myers & Briggs Foundation.
