Matt Baumgarten

Matt Baumgarten, CPA, currently serves as Accounting Controller at Selwyn Equity Partners since March 2025. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Select Portfolio Servicing from November 2014 to March 2025, including Assistant Controller, Accounting Director, and Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager. Matt's experience also includes serving as Controller and Accounting Manager at VIA Motors from December 2012 to November 2014, and as Senior Associate at KPMG from November 2009 to November 2012. Educationally, Matt earned a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
