Espen Olsen

Espen Olsen is an experienced professional currently serving as Department Manager at Semantix since June 2018, overseeing Language Solutions Operations in Norway with a team of 24 Project Managers, Coordinators, and Team Leads. Prior to this role, Espen held the position of Team Leader, leading a team of eight project managers while managing team operations and recruitment processes. As a Project Manager at Semantix, Espen managed large clients, including Equinor and the Norwegian Directorate of Correctional Services. Earlier experience includes Project Manager and Project Coordinator roles at Amesto Translations from June 2011 to June 2018, where responsibilities encompassed the full cycle of translation projects.
