Vitor Paranhos Pereira

Vitor Paranhos Pereira is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Since May 2014, Vitor has served as an Executive Board Member and Chief Financial Officer at Semapa, while also holding the position of Managing Director at HOTEL RITZ, S.A. since 1989 and Managing Director at Sonagi SGPS SA since 1995, which focuses on real estate within the SODIM Group. Vitor has contributed to the governance of multiple organizations as a Non-Executive Board Member at The Navigator Company and Secil since March 2020 and as a Board Member at SODIM, SGPS, SA during the same period. Prior to these roles, Vitor was the Managing Director of Refundos - SGFII, S.A. from 2005 to March 2020, where Vitor led a property fund management company in Portugal. Vitor holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, completed from 1976 to 1981.
