Overview
As a Field Application Scientist for Labbit, a modern scalable LIMS used by leading innovative laboratories, you will be an integral part of our commercial sales team. Drawing upon your experience in life sciences laboratories, you will collaborate closely with prospective customers and our sales team to understand their R&D, manufacturing, or clinical diagnostics objectives. Your role involves assessing how our product aligns with their current and future expectations, standards, and requirements, providing product evaluations and delivering demos. Additionally, you will contribute to defining laboratory workflows, integrating internal instrumentation and external software, developing documentation, and refining support processes.
You must demonstrate a deep understanding of laboratory science and software to excel in this position, effectively conveying Labbit's capabilities and technical intricacies. Your ability to grasp and master our product rapidly is crucial, as you will engage directly with leaders in the biotech and research sectors, as well as top-tier health systems and clinical laboratories.
