Katarina Ugrinic

Katarina Ugrinic has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to present. In 2003, they completed a Corporate Finance Internship at Motorola. From 2006 to 2016, they held several roles at Axios Systems, Amcor Flexibles Europe & Americas, and Semaphore. At Axios Systems, they were an HR Assistant responsible for all aspects of the employee life cycle, such as management of the recruitment process, creating and maintaining employee offers and employment contracts, onboarding employees, managing the relationship with all benefit providers, dealing with all associated administration and employee queries, and processing the monthly payroll. At Amcor Flexibles Europe & Americas, they were an Accounts Assistant responsible for preparation of ledger analysis and account reconciliations. Lastly, at Semaphore, they were a Recruitment and Operations Manager responsible for optimizing user and team happiness.

Katarina Ugrinic obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies with Finance from Edinburgh Napier University between 2002 and 2006. Katarina also obtained certifications in Coaching and Developing Employees and Technical Recruiting from LinkedIn in November 2016. Additionally, they hold ITIL Foundation exam and SIX SIGMA certifications from EXIN and Motorola, respectively.
