Petar Pilipovic

Customer Success Manager at Semaphore

Petar Pilipovic has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Petar began their career as an Information Management Specialist at Hatch, where they were involved in managing and indexing corporate IDs for a globally-integrated database. Petar also attended corporate training seminars in Project Delivery Group (PDG) and Quality Management Systems (QMS), and organized and executed a Red Cross Flood Relief campaign. In 2015, they moved to a role as Information Management Coordinator at Hatch. In 2016, they became a Customer Experience Representative at Tesla. In 2019, they joined Softchoice as a Territory Account Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Semaphore as a Customer Success Manager and Business Development Representative.

Petar Pilipovic completed a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design Major from OCAD University between 2013 and 2017. Petar then went on to participate in an International Exchange: Bachelor's Program in Architecture & Design at KADK in 2016. In 2017, they obtained a Project Management Certification from Toronto Metropolitan University through The Chang School of Continuing Education. Additionally, Petar has obtained a number of certifications from various institutions including Google, Softchoice, LinkedIn, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC), and Canada Green Building Council - CaGBC.
