Markus Kesting

Markus Kesting has extensive work experience in sales and consulting roles. Markus is currently a Senior Sales Manager at Sematell GmbH, where they specialize in selling response management solutions based on artificial intelligence. Prior to this role, Markus worked as a Solutions Sales Consultant at sogedes GmbH from 2017 to 2018. Markus also held the position of Account Manager / Strategic Relations at brightONE Consulting GmbH (former Telenet GmbH Kommunikationssysteme) from 2014 to 2017.

Before joining brightONE, Markus served as a Sales Manager at Telenet GmbH Kommunikationssysteme for eight years, where they focused on customer interaction solutions. Markus also worked as a Consultant at Cloud-Vision GmbH, specializing in social media integration and customer service projects.

Markus started their career as a Product Marketing Manager at Data Modul AG and later at Trend Communications Ltd., where they were responsible for handheld test equipment for various technologies. Markus also worked at Trend Communications GmbH as a Product Marketing Manager and Technical Trainer. Prior to this, Markus gained experience as a Maintenance and Support Engineer at Alcatel SEL AG.

Markus Kesting obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering from the University of Kassel. Markus attended the university from 1986 to 1991 and graduated with a Dipl. Ing. degree. In addition to their formal education, Markus also earned a certification as a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator from Salesforce.com in March 2012.
