Gareth Wong

Gareth Wong is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience across various sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Integrated Urban Solutions at Sembcorp Industries Ltd, as well as Head of Indonesia Urban and Senior Vice President of Group Strategy & Projects. Gareth holds a position as a Member of the Board of Commissioners at Kendal Industrial Park and a Member of the Board of Directors at VSIP Vietnam. Previously, Gareth was President of the Board of Directors at PT Sinar Mitbana Mas and Chief Executive Officer of Mitbana Pte. Ltd., focusing on urban development investments in ASEAN and South Asia. Additionally, Gareth has held senior roles at Surbana Jurong Private Limited, Changi Airport Group, and the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, with military leadership experience in the Singapore Army and NATO. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education program at Harvard Kennedy School, a Master of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from UCL, and foundational education at Raffles Institution.
