Prior to their role at Seatrium, Alvin held the title of Vice President & Head for Repairs & Upgrades at Sembcorp Marine Ltd. Throughout their career, Alvin has amassed a wealth of experience in the marine industry, specializing in niche markets such as LNGCs, cruise ships, navy ships, and offshore vessels. Alvin's expertise ranges from engineering to project management, with a strong background in naval architecture and offshore engineering from the University of Strathclyde. Since their early days as an Engineer, Alvin has steadily progressed through various managerial roles within the shipyard industry, demonstrating a deep commitment to excellence and innovation.
