Alec Rogers began their career in 2016 as a Credit Operations Analyst for Fortress Investment Group. In 2017, they joined Splash (SplashThat.com) as a Business Development Representative and was later promoted to Team Lead and Manager of Business Development. In 2019, they became Head of Inside Sales and Business Development, Americas for Blue Prism, and in 2021 they were appointed Manager, Business Development & Growth for Sembly AI.

Alec Rogers attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a BS in Economics & Statistics, as well as a BA in Communications & Rhetorical Studies. Alec also attended Harvard University and obtained Certifications through their Professional Development Program. Finally, they attended Tel Aviv University and earned an International Studies degree.
