Adam Elghoul

Adam Elghoul currently serves as a Transportation Planner at SEMCOG since April 2023. Previously, Adam held the position of Transit Planner at the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County from March 2018 to April 2023. Earlier experience includes working as Assistant to the Deputy Commissioner in the Department of Planning and Development at the City of Chicago, where responsibilities included managing the City's property tax incentive program and supporting the Business Development Division. Adam's early roles include Student Internships in both the Department of Planning and Development and the Department of Human Resources with the City of Chicago, focusing on business development and HR administrative tasks. Adam earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
