Kelly Karll

Kelly Karll is an accomplished civil and environmental engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Manager of Environment & Infrastructure at SEMCOG since February 2009, Kelly has previously held senior engineering roles at Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. and Tilton & Associates, Inc. from 2003 to 2009 and 2001 to 2003, respectively. Earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant Township Engineer for the Charter Township of Canton from 1996 to 2001. Kelly holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Michigan State University, completed between 1987 and 1996.
