Marcus Kempi

Marcus Kempi is a design engineer and project manager currently employed at Semcon since August 2021, with experience in various projects involving customer visits, workshops, and construction responsibilities. Prior to this role, Marcus worked at Fortum Waste Solutions AB from June 2020 to June 2021, where tasks included project management and research aimed at optimizing waste incineration processes. Previous experience includes positions as a warehouse worker at Schneider Electric, a machine operator at Trelleborg Group, and several summer roles at GKN Driveline and Volvo Powertrain, which provided a strong foundation in production processes, precision engineering, and operational efficiency. Marcus holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Örebro University and completed a high school diploma with a focus on combined technical academic studies and table tennis at national levels.
