Paul Carr

Paul Carr has extensive experience in software testing, having worked at both Magnet Forensics and BlackBerry as a Senior Software Test Specialist. Prior to this, Paul was a Manager at Convergys where Paul managed operations and client services/support delivery. Paul also has experience as a Call Centre Team Leader/Supervisor, where Paul supervised technical support representatives. Paul holds a 4-year BA degree in Social Science with a focus on Geography and Geographical Information Systems from Laurentian University.
