Allison Tearjen

Allison (Al) Tearjen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Semgrep and a Fractional CTO at Expert IEP, Allison specializes in supporting enterprise customers with Application Security programs and leading go-to-market strategies, respectively. Previous roles include positions at Snyk as a Senior Solutions Engineer and Technical Success Manager, managing Fortune 500 accounts in the financial services sector. As Founder and CEO of Seize, Allison developed a platform for on-demand photography and executed a product-led growth strategy. Additional experience includes software engineering positions at prestigious organizations such as Amazon Web Services, Goldman Sachs, Bouncer, and Zillow Group. Educational qualifications consist of Bachelor's Degrees in Computer Science and Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
