Tsai Jessie

Tsai Jessie is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at SEMI since June 2019, Tsai has previously held HR Manager positions at Hisilicon from October 2011 to June 2019 and 訊崴技術有限公司 during the same period. Additionally, Tsai spent a significant part of the career at Huawei Technologies, serving as HR Senior Manager from 2005 to June 2019 and HR Manager from August 2005 to September 2011.
