Ashley Immanuel

Co-Founder/Chief Operating Officer at Semicolon

Ashley Immanuel has worked in various roles in the technology and financial sectors. In 2006, they began working as a Senior Consultant in the Financial Management Practice of IBM Global Business Services, where they provided program management, financial management and training for US Government clients. In 2013, they joined EFInA as a Strategy & Quality Assurance Manager, where they supported the organisation's execution of its 5-Year Strategy. In 2015, they became a Partner at Timitunu Consulting, and in 2018, they joined Cirrusage as the Director of Strategy and Operations. Most recently, in 2019, Ashley became the Chief Executive Officer of EFInA and in 2022, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Semicolon, an organisation that is enabling Africa's digital transformation by building technology-focused talent and businesses.

Ashley Immanuel attended Duke University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
