Noor Shawaf

Noor Shawaf is currently the Director of Events and Finance at Seminary Co-op Bookstores, Inc. They have also worked as a Senior Editor at Sixty Inches From Center since August 2017. Noor has experience in various roles such as Director of Special Projects and Publications at University of Illinois Chicago, Mellon University Press Fellow at University of Chicago Press, and Transition Coordinator/Consultant at National Women's Studies Association. They have also worked as a Freelance Editor, Citation and Section Editor, and Visual Artist. Noor holds a Master's Degree in English and French Literature, Poetry, and Poetics from the University of Chicago, along with a Visual Arts Certificate from the same institution and a Bachelor's Degree with an Emphasis in Writing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
