Hilde Nielsen's work experience begins in 2002 as a Sales and Marketing Consultant at MEG UPS Systemer. Hilde then became the Marketing Manager for MGE UPS Systemer in 2006. From 2007 to 2012, Hilde worked at APC by Schneider Electric as the MarCom Specialist for Benelux, Nordic & Baltic, followed by roles as Channel Program Manager for Norway and Sweden and Marketing & Communication Manager for Nordic Baltic. In 2012, Hilde joined Microsoft, where they held various marketing positions including Customer Marketing Manager, Enterprise Marketing Lead, and Marketing Communication Manager for the commercial market. Their most recent role at Microsoft was as a Senior Partner Marketing Advisor, where they supported Microsoft partners in developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies. In 2021, Hilde became the Chief Marketing Officer at SEMINE - The AI Accounting Platform, responsible for building and implementing inbound marketing practices and overseeing re-branding efforts to support growth and internationalization.

Hilde Nielsen pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the Brisbane Graduate School of Business from the year 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Leeds Metropolitan University / South Bank University, completing their studies from 1998 to 1999. Before that, they pursued another Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from BI / Norges Markedshøyskole (NMH) between 1996 and 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Hilde Nielsen has obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals through Microsoft. In March 2019, they completed a course on Learning Web Analytics from LinkedIn.
