Carlo Scorpio

Carlo Scorpio has significant experience in project management within the construction industry, currently serving as Project Manager II for Seminole County Government since September 2012. In this role, Carlo plans, manages, and organizes construction projects while developing scopes of services through client interactions and coordinating bid specifications with architectural and engineering firms. Previous positions include Project Manager for Grant Funded Projects, Business Owner at Custom Renovations, Project Manager at Lake Ridge Custom Homes, and Superintendent at Renar Development Corp. Carlo holds a degree in Construction Management from Seminole State College of Florida, earned between 2016 and 2018.
