RC Osborne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and public administration. Currently serving as a Senior GIS Analyst at Seminole County Government since 1995, RC manages complex long-range GIS projects, including Census 2020, and provides GIS data analysis and quality control across various departments.
