Previously served as Communications Advisor to the CEO at Uzum, delivering strategic communication advice for Central Asia's digital ecosystem. Oleg has extensive experience at Kaspersky, managing global public policy and advising on regulatory challenges, and establishing the Asia Pacific government relations function.
