Cary Cox

Cary "Woody" Cox currently serves as the Athletic Director for Seminole County Public Schools, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Woody worked as the Head Football Coach and Teacher at Orange County Public Schools from March 2023 to April 2024. Woody's career in education began in July 2012 at Seminole County Public Schools, where Woody served as a Teacher until March 2023. Woody holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the American College of Education, obtained between June 2018 and May 2021, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, earned from 2005 to 2009.
