Damien Jelen

Damien Jelen currently serves as the Water Consulting Services Lead at Semios since October 2024. Prior to this role, Damien worked as an Agronomic Sales & Technology Specialist at AvidWater from April 2023 to October 2024, and as the Technical Sales and Support Manager at Jain Irrigation Inc. from May 2021 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as an Irrigation Coordinator at Teixeira and Sons LLC, a Field Scout for Sustainable Cotton Project, a Farm Hand at Le Penta Farms, and a Mechanic and heavy equipment hauler at San Juan Ranch. Damien's expertise encompasses water and fertilizer recommendations, moisture monitoring, data collection, and field outreach, complemented by hands-on experience in farming and irrigation systems. Education was pursued at Merced Community College District from 2013 to 2020.
