Henriette Kruppa Nielsen

Henriette Kruppa Nielsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and labor relations. Currently serving as Chefrådgiver and teamleder for løn og overenskomster at Danske Regioner since March 2019, Henriette has also held the role of Seniorkonsulent. Prior experience includes being a Konsulent at KL from January 2014 to February 2019, where focus areas encompassed collective bargaining and interpretation of agreements within the educational sector. Additionally, Henriette has been a Bestyrelses medlem at Semler Gruppen A/S since May 2014 and has worked as an HR Business Partner at KMD from November 2005 to January 2013. Relevant education includes a Master’s degree in HR from Copenhagen Business School and legal studies at the University of Copenhagen.
