Tina Moltke-Leth

Tina Moltke-Leth has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Tina currently serves as a Board Member at Kemp & Lauritzen A/S since 2023. In 2020, they held the positions of Group CFO and Chief Financial Officer at Semler Gruppen A/S, the largest automobile company in Denmark. Tina is also a Board Member at Industriens Pension since 2021. Tina Moltke-Leth was previously a Board Member at Specialisterne, a company focused on neurodiverse individuals, from 2020 to 2023. Before that, they worked as a Partner & COO/CFO at Implement Consulting Group from 2015 to 2020. Tina Moltke-Leth also held advisory roles as a Board Member at REALLY, a sustainable material development company, from 2013 to 2020, and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Copenhagen Jazzhouse from 2011 to 2018. Prior to that, they were CFO & Partner at PwC from 2012 to 2015, CFO at Nomeco from 2011 to 2012, and CFO at Lagkagehuset A/S from 2009 to 2010.

Tina Moltke-Leth earned a Master's degree in Business and Economics/Cand.Merc. Aud from Aarhus University in 1995. Tina then went on to pursue a certification as a Certified Public Accountant, specializing in Accounting and Finance, which they completed in 2000. In more recent years, Tina attended CBS Executive Fonden, where they participated in the Board Executive program in 2020 and the Bestyrelsesuddannelsen Pension & Forsikring in 2021. In 2022, they furthered their knowledge by attending the Executive Tech Academy at CBS.
