Currently associated with Semonin Realtors since March 2023, Nihada previously worked at eXp Realty from March 2021 to March 2023 and earlier at Semonin Realtors from August 2017 to March 2021. Prior to a career in real estate, Nihada served as Office Manager and Owner at Cobra Motors for nearly 12 years and held positions as Investment Assistant and Trust Assistant at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and J.P. Morgan, respectively. Nihada holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and International Business from the University of Louisville, completed in 2007.
