Tea Gjorgjieva

Tea Gjorgjieva serves as an Instructor at the Academy for Human Resources in the IT Sector at Semos, specializing in the Benefits and Compensation Module since May 2023. Concurrently, Tea holds the positions of HR Operations and Benefits Specialist and HR and Office Assistant at Scalefocus, roles undertaken since April 2020. Previous experience includes serving as a Client Support Executive at Coniq from November 2018 to April 2020 and completing an internship at H2O Associação de Jovens de Arrouquelas in 2015. Tea is pursuing two master’s degrees at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje, focusing on Economy and Development of Human Resources and International Relations: Conflict Resolution. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations was obtained from the International Balkan University.
