Dushyant Patel

Dushyant Patel has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dushyant is currently working as a Principal Consultant at SEMP Ltd since April 2022. Previously, they worked at Aecon Group Inc. as a RAMS Manager from August 2019 to April 2022. Prior to that, they served as a System Design Specialist at Thales from January 2015 to August 2019. Dushyant has also worked as a System Safety Specialist at Thales Canada Transportation Solutions from August 2008 to 2015. Dushyant's earlier experience includes working as a Product Assurance Assistant (R&D) at Magna International from October 2007 to July 2008, where they analyzed qualitative aspects of an embedded vision-based occupant classification system for airbags detection system and performed software tests.

Dushyant Patel pursued their education in a systematic manner, focusing on strengthening their skills and knowledge in the field of business and engineering. Dushyant started their educational journey at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, where they achieved a Diploma in Engineering in Electrical Engineering from 1999 to 2001. Building on this foundation, Dushyant then attended Ryerson University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree, specializing in Electrical.

Dushyant's pursuit of education continued to evolve as they realized the importance of strategic management in the business world. To deepen their understanding in this field, they enrolled in the Schulich School of Business at York University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, specializing in Strategic Management between 2012 and 2014. This allowed him to further develop their skills and expertise in the business realm.
