Christian Gasser

Christian Gasser is an experienced legal and commercial advisor, currently serving as Legal & Commercial Advisor at GC Partners since January 2010, focusing on international legal advisory and digital transformation. In addition, Christian holds the position of Group Special Counsel at SEMPERIT AG, providing strategic guidance to the Group Executive Board and leading international projects, and has previously served as Group General Counsel there, overseeing all legal affairs. Christian’s experience includes roles at L'Oréal as Associate General Counsel for Travel Retail Worldwide, and General Counsel for Austria; as well as European Corporate Counsel at Flextronics, Manager of the Corporate Office at T-Systems, and Senior Legal Counsel at SEMPERIT AG. Academic credentials include an LL.M. in Corporate & Commercial from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a JD & LLB from Universität Innsbruck, complemented by passing the Austrian Bar Exam.
