Sarah Wiener

Sarah Wiener is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in learning and development, performance management, and HR project management. Currently serving as the Global HR Process Lead for Learning & Development and Global Process Owner for Performance Management at SEMPERIT AG since July 2021, Sarah previously held roles at OMV including Specialist HR Project "UpFront" and HR Business Partner for the US. Additional experience includes a position in HR Personnel Development for Central Eastern Europe at ALPLA Group and an internship focused on Capability & Skillpool Management at OMV. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Coaching, Organizational & Personnel Development from Sigmund Freud Private University Vienna and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Consultancy International from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt, complemented by international experience as an exchange student and teaching assistant in Spain.
