Oksana Muliar

Oksana Muliar is a seasoned professional with a strong background in business development and product management, currently serving as the Chief Business Development Officer at Sempico Solutions Group LTD since August 2024. Prior to this role, Oksana held the position of Product Manager at Global Message Services from September 2016 to May 2024 and worked as a VAS expert and project manager at Global Message Services Ukraine between September 2010 and July 2013. Oksana's academic qualifications include a Specialist degree in International Economics from Kyiv National Aviation University, obtained from 2009 to 2011, and a degree in Interpretation (English, German) from Kyiv National Linguistic University, completed in 2010.
