Santiago Gutiérrez Villada began their work experience as an Operations Manager for BPO Global Services S.A.S in August 2018 and held this position until July 2020. In July 2020, they joined Vozy as a Customer Success Manager, where they stayed until March 2021. Currently, Santiago holds the position of Experience & Ops Director at Sempli, starting in March 2021.
