Faton Bacaj

Faton Bacaj is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Since June 2008, Faton Bacaj has served as Senior Counsel at Sempra Energy. Prior to this role, Faton Bacaj was Vice President & Associate General Counsel at DeltaGEE Inc. from March 2007 to May 2008 and held the position of Senior Counsel at Constellation Energy Group, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. Faton Bacaj was also a Partner at Winston & Strawn from September 1999 to September 2005 and worked as an Associate at Skadden Arps from 1994 to 1995, as well as at Jones Day from 1991 to 1994. Faton Bacaj earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law between 1987 and 1991 and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from St. John's College from 1975 to 1979.
