Dallas Smith

Dallas Smith is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in marine operations and LNG logistics, currently serving as the Director of Marine Operations at Sempra Infrastructure since April 2023. In this role, Dallas manages the development and implementation of policies to ensure safe and efficient marine operations while providing vital support for commercial agreements essential to LNG terminal projects. Prior to this position, Dallas held senior roles at LISCR, including Senior Vice President, where responsibilities encompassed global business growth strategies for LNG and alternative fuels. Previous experience includes leadership roles within the U.S. Coast Guard as Executive Director, focusing on the safe carriage of LNG/LPG, and various internships in the LNG sector. Dallas holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Liberty University and multiple degrees related to technology management and electrical engineering.
