Harvey Wagner

Harvey Wagner is the Director of Project Development at Sempra Infrastructure, overseeing the development of the Port Arthur LNG project, which includes two phases of LNG train construction. Prior to this role, Wagner served as a Project Manager and Development Manager at BG Group, where significant contributions included leading the Prince Rupert LNG venture team and managing various LNG projects across North America. Previously, Wagner held project engineering and management positions at Aker (now Technip), focusing on ultra-deepwater projects for BP and ChevronTexaco. Beginning a career as a Project Risk and Safety Manager at Brown and Root (now KBR), Wagner's responsibilities spanned HSE coordination and risk management for upstream and ultra-deepwater platforms. Wagner holds a BBA and an MBA in International Business from the University of St. Thomas in Texas.
