Rachel Briles

Rachel Briles has extensive experience in project management and contract administration within the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Project Controls at Sempra Infrastructure since February 2014. Notably, Rachel held key roles as Project Director for Port Arthur LNG, overseeing the project until Final Investment Decision. Previous positions include leadership in project services and contract management for Sempra LNG projects, as well as managerial roles at Cameron LNG, where responsibilities encompassed contracts, procurement, and construction interfaces for liquefaction projects. Earlier career milestones include leadership in environmental compliance and contracting for the Sunrise Powerlink Project during tenure at San Diego Gas & Electric, coupled with program and contract management at Southern California Edison. Rachel holds a BBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego.
