Matt Nickel

Matt Nickel has over two decades of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Project Controls at Thompson Thrift since April 2016. Previous roles at Thompson Thrift include Project Executive, Vice President of Multifamily Construction, and Commercial Project Manager. Prior to returning to Thompson Thrift, Matt Nickel worked as a Project Manager at Garmong Construction Services from May 2013 to March 2016 and held the same title at Thompson Thrift Construction from January 2004 to May 2013. Matt Nickel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Technology from Indiana State University, completed between 2000 and 2003, and attended Purdue University in 1999 to 2000.
