Daria Sharshun currently serves as a Business Strategy Manager at Semrush, starting in August 2023. Prior to this role, Daria worked at OSOME as Global Employee Experience & Project Management from November 2021 to May 2022, focusing on aligning core Employee Experience and leading culture transformation projects. Daria also spent over four years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as CIS L&D Manager, where responsibilities included developing the Learning & Development strategy for Russia and CIS. Earlier experiences include positions as Head of Education at LAPA Fundraising and English Language Teacher at CANPO NIKA School, as well as working as a Legal Secretary at Allen & Overy. Daria holds a degree from Moscow City Teachers’ Training University and completed further education at Coaching Academy International.
