Dima Boger

Dima Boger is currently the Head of Engineering at Semrush, responsible for accelerating the development teams through knowledge sharing. Previously, at Cindicator, Dima worked as a Backend Leader where Dima refactored a large Django backend, accelerated development, optimized infrastructure costs, and automated business processes. Prior to that, at Otters Team!, Dima was a Software Developer Team Lead, focusing on innovative projects. Dima's experience at Selectel as a Software Developer involved implementing chat bots and migrating services. Dima holds a Bachelor's degree in System Analysis from Saint Petersburg State Institute of Technology.
